6. Account & Data Deletion Rights

In strict compliance with global privacy laws and Google Play / Apple App Store developer guidelines, you reserve the right to request the permanent deletion of your Bisanse account and associated personal data.

How to request data deletion:

  1. Log in to your Bisanse account via our official website or mobile application.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Security > Account Management.
  3. Select "Delete Account" and complete the required 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) verification steps.
  4. Alternatively, submit a formal data deletion request via email to [email protected] using your registered email address. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Important Regulatory Notice:

Due to mandatory international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws, Bisanse is legally obligated to retain specific KYC identity records and financial transaction histories for a minimum period of 5 years, even after a successful account deletion request is executed. Non-essential data (such as marketing preferences and behavioral tracking) will be purged immediately.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are strictly not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take immediate steps to remove that information from our servers.
